Polish - European, and Belgian by choice. He is an entrepreneur, manager, pragmatic strategist, and social activist. With experience in management and expertise in administration and finance, he currently leads several companies as CEO. Since childhood, he has been involved in projects supporting the Polish community abroad and promoting European values. His principles: honesty, commitment, empathy, and perseverance
Maciej Antoni Szczepaniak
Co-founder and Co-initiator
He has over 15 years of experience in sports marketing and public relations. For the past 10 years, he has also been working as a fitness trainer, calisthenics coach, Animal Flow instructor, and life coach. His success with top sports figures and his ability to create winners is leveraged to develop unique products and personal brands.

Polonais, Européen et Belge par choix, Lucas est entrepreneur, manager et acteur social. Fort d'une expérience en gestion en tant que Directeur Administratif et Financier, il dirige aujourd'hui plusieurs entreprises en tant que CEO, alliant stratégie et pragmatisme. Engagé depuis l'enfance dans des projets sociaux et européens, il soutient les communautés polonaises à l'étranger et promeut les valeurs européennes.
